Our Approach to Training and Psychological Testing

Test training is often costly in terms of time. It is also intensive and demanding, so that people are unable to cope with the on-going demands of work. Courses are often also run on a pass-or-fail basis, including a test, which generates uncertainty.

For these reasons we provide a flexible service. Courses can be spread over a longer period of time or in a format meeting your needs. Open courses are also split to reduce client time away from work and any accommodation costs. On-going help is available over the telephone for those who want a distance-learning package.

We will do our utmost to ensure the training makes the minimum necessary demand upon your time and enable you to continue working with as little disruption to business commitments as possible.

You will also have more time to complete competency-based assessments required for award of the Certificates of Competence by the BPS. Everyone completes a personal profile of work, designed to be job-related, for both future reference and to demonstrate the BPS elements of competence. You will have greater opportunity for understanding concepts and for the personal support of your course tutor.
