Psychological Test Training Today:

The British Psychological Society has set three qualification levels in occupational testing:

• Test Administration
• Level A
• Level B which includes both Intermediate & Intermediate Plus certificates

Our training has been designed to provide the content required by the Society's guidelines and to ensure that you obtain the maximum benefit from psychometric instruments when used as part of selection procedures, assessment centres, career or development programmes. Courses are not focused upon tests provided by a single psychometric test publisher but are flexible and adaptable to your needs. You will gain a good understanding of different publishers, products, new developments in testing and prices. • Our Level A course will ensure that you are able to use the full range of ability and aptitude tests provided by different publishers. You will be qualified to buy, administer, score and give feedback on these tests.
• Our Level B (Intermediate) course focuses on questionnaires developed in the UK and now sold throughout the world in a number of languages. Because of developments in testing versions of many established questionnaires are available to you at competitive prices.
• Our Level B (Intermediate Plus) focuses upon a new version of a measure which has a worldwide reputation in the training, development, counselling and team-building fields. This newer version is standardised and has both good reliability and validity. Its costs are also substantially lower.
After our training you will be able to use the widest range of tests possible today.
