Certificates Offered:

The Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (Test Administration)
The test administration certificate covers the requirements to be able to administer and score a range of occupational tests, including measures of both personality and reasoning ability, under supervision.

The Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level A)
This certificate covers the requirements for purchase, administration, scoring and interpretation of ability and aptitude tests provided by reputable publishers.

The Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level B Intermediate)
The Level B Certificate has been established at three levels: Level B (Intermediate), Level B (Intermediate) Plus and Level B Full.

Level B (Intermediate) develops learning at Level A to meet the requirements for personality assessment. This is the practitioner-level qualification achieved by most test users, including Human Resources and recruitment professionals, and is based upon the demonstration of competence in an initial personality instrument.

The Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level B Intermediate Plus)
Level B (Intermediate Plus) is based upon the demonstration of competence in a further questionnaire which is significantly different from that learned at Level B (Intermediate).

The Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level B Full)
The Level B Full certificate is more advanced and is based on the development of a logbook on the use of a range of tests over a period of time. It is more appropriate for work psychologists and those professionals who wish to specialise in workplace assessment and need a more general level of competence in a range of instruments and situations.
